Smoked Salmon and Roasted Pepper Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup low fat cream cheese
  • 120 gms smoked salmon, coarsely chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp horseradish
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 large red pepper roasted, peeled, seeded
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives

Preparation

  1. Combine cottage and cream cheese in food processor. Process until smooth. Add salmon, lemon juice, horseradish and salt. Process until salmon is finely chopped.
  2. Finely dice red pepper and chives
  3. Combine with other ingredients
