SMOKEY FISH PIE
1 large can condensed mushroom soup
1.5 cups milk
500gms smoked Hoki, cooked and flaked
200gms grated cheese
500gms pasta shells, cooked
Ground black pepper
100gms wholemeal breadcrumbs
Parsley to garnish
Place soup and milk into a saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring
continuously. Add the fish, cheese and pasta. Season to taste. Place mixture in
shallow ovenproof dish. Cover the top with the breadcrumbs. Bake moderate oven
15 mins. Serve garnished with parsley.
