Simple and Quick Meals

  1. In a hot pan add a splash of chilli oil, add squid and prawns and serve over linguine pasta.

  2. Using fish or chicken stock make an Asian style soup- heat the stock and infuse with kaffir lime leaves and galangal root, add bok choy or other greens, squid and prawns and pour into serving bowls. Drizzle in chilli oil to finish.

  3. Cook whole gourmet potatoes and whilst still warm slice and add pan fried squid and prawns, thinly sliced red onion and parsley (chorizo sausage optional) and dress with chilli oil and black pepper.

  4. Cut up a variety of root vegetables and toss in chilli oil, salt and pepper before roasting.
