Sesame Fish (serves 4)

 

500gms fish

4 tbs. mayonnaise

2 tsp. tomato paste

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

2 spring onions, sliced

4 tbs. toasted sesame seeds

 

Combine mayonnaise, tomato paste, Worcester sauce and spring onions in a bowl. Place fish fillets on a lightly greased oven tray and spread mayonnaise mixture over the fillets. Bake 180(C for about 20 mins. Sprinkle the top of each fillet with sesame seeds. Cook for a further 5 mins.
