Smoked Salmon and Roasted Pepper Dip

 

1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese

1/4 cup low fat cream cheese

120gms smoked salmon, coarsely chopped

1 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice

1/2 tsp horseradish

1/4 tsp salt

1 large red pepper roasted, peeled, seeded

2 tbsp fresh chives

 

Combine cottage cheese and cream cheese in food processor. Process until smooth, about 2 min. Add salmon, lemon juice, horseradish and salt. Process until salmon is finely chopped, about 1 min. Finely dice red pepper and chives. Combine with other ingredients.
