Smoked Mackerel Pate


Ingredients
225g smoked mackerel fillets
140ml natural or Greek yoghurt
2 tbsp tomato puree
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
Black pepper to taste

Method
In a large bowl flake the smoked mackerel with a fork.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Serve as a starter with salad or on savoury biscuits
