Home Deliveries

All products are delivered in a small chilly bin (fish is delivered on ice). Please rinse your chilly bins, store them with lids off, and leave them out for collection when your next delivery is expected.

 

If you wish to change or cancel your order at all, we must know before 12 noon on the day prior to the delivery (Christchurch Fish deliveries can be cancelled up to 10am on the day of delivery).

We offer a money back guarantee for two days (including day of delivery) if you are dissatisfied with the degree of freshness. Our fresh quality guarantee applies to all products we deliver.

 

Deliveries of products without fish where order value is under $25 will incur a $2 delivery fee.

 

Payment Terms

Our payment terms are cash on delivery so we usually collect the payment in the chilly bin from the previous delivery.

 

To avoid or minimise bank fees we are happy to accept cash payment, all our delivery staff carry a small amount of change. You can also pay by cheque for a few deliveries at a time.

 

For cheques please add 35c* and make cheques payable to 'Home Fresh Deliveries'. To pay by Telebank ask the driver for a form.

 

Any costs incurred by us in recovering outstanding monies including debt collection agency fees shall be paid by the customer.
