Smokey Fish Pie

Ingredients

  • 500 gms smoked hoki, cooked and flaked
  • 1 large can condensed mushroom soup
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 200 gms grated cheese
  • 500 gms pasta shells, cooked
  • ground black pepper
  • 100 gms wholemeal breadcrumbs
  • Parsley to garnish

Preparation

  1. Place soup and milk into a saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring continuously. .
  2. Add the fish, cheese and pasta. Season to taste.
  3. Place mixture in shallow ovenproof dish. Cover the top with the breadcrumbs. Bake moderate oven 15 mins.
  4. Serve garnished with parsley.
