Sweet and Sour Fish

				Ingredients

		            fish fillets

		            cornflour

		            chives, chopped

		            dry, mustard

		            snow peas or green beans
		        
 
					        - 
		        	 		            	250 
		            	gms		             
		            tin pineapple pieces
		        
 
					        - 
		        	 		            	2 
		            	tblsp		             
		            vinegar
		        
 
					        - 
		        	 		            	1 
		            	tblsp		             
		            soy sauce
		        
 
					        - 
		        	 		            	1/4 
		            	cup		             
		            cashew nuts
		        
 
					
Preparation
	    			        - Arrange fillets in baking dish. cover loosely with microwave wrap.
  
					        - Cook in microwave on high 6-7 mins, or until fish flakes easily. Drain fish well.
  
					        - In 
casserole dish, combine brown sugar, cornflour, chives and mustard. Stir
 in chopped beans or trimmed snow peas, drained pineapple juice, vinegar
 and soy sauce.
  
					        - Microwave on high for 2-3 mins or until thickened, stirring once or twice during cooking. 
  
					        - Stir in pineapple pieces and cashews. 
  
					        - Pour sauce over fish and cook uncovered on high fro 1-2 mins
  
					        - Serve with rice.
