Sesame Fish

				Ingredients
	    			        - 
		        	 		            	500 
		            	gms		             
		            fish fillets
		        
 
					        - 
		        	 		            	4 
		            	tbsp		             
		            mayonnaise
		        
 
					        - 
		        	 		            	2  
		            	tsp		             
		            tomato paste
		        
 
					        - 
		        	 		            	1 
		            	tsp		             
		            worcestershire sauce
		        
 
					        - 
		        	 		            	2  
		            			             
		            spring onions, sliced
		        
 
					        - 
		        	 		            	4  
		            	tbsp		             
		            toasted sesame seeds
		        
 
					
Preparation
	    			        - Combine mayonnaise, tomato paste, worcestershire sauce and spring onions in a bowl.
  
					        - Place fish fillets on a lightly greased oven tray and spread mayonnaise mixture over the fillets.
  
					        - Baked 180 C for about 20 mns.
  
					        - Sprinkle the top of each fillet with sesame seeds.
  
					        - Cook for a further 5 mins.
