Herb Topped Fish

		            firm fish fillets

		            tomato, chopped
		        
 
					        - 
		        	 		            	1/2 
		            	cup		             
		            stale breadcrumbs
		        
 
					        - 
		        	 		            	75

		            fetta cheese- crumbed or cheddar grated
		        
 
					        - 
		        	 		            	1 
		            	clove		             
		            garlic, crushed
		        
 
					        - 
		        	 		            	2

		            fresh basil, chopped

		            fresh coriander, chopped - or parsley

Preparation
	    			        - Arrange fish fillets on a lightly oiled oven tray.
  
					        - Combine all other ingredients for the topping in a bowl.
  
					        - Divide the topping over the fish and press lightly onto the fish.
  
					        - Cook in a moderate oven 190° C for about 10 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
