Fish with Mushrooms - microwave

Ingredients

  • 500 gm fish fillets
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 med onion, chopped
  • 75 gms mushroom, chopped finely
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/3 cup white wine
  • salt & pepper
  • 1/3 cup cheese, grated
  • 1/3 cup breadcrumbs ( buttered)
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped

Preparation

  1. Melt butter in dish. Add onions and mushrooms and cook on high for 2 mins.
  2. Add fish then cover and cook on high 1 min.
  3. Stir in flour, cream, wine and seasoning and cook another 3 mins.
  4. Place in a serving dish or individual ramekins.
  5. Top with cheese breadcrunmbs and parsley. Cook on high for 1 to 2 mins.
