Fish with Mushrooms - microwave

				Ingredients
	    			        -

		            fish fillets
		        
 
					        -

		            butter

		            onion, chopped

		            mushroom, chopped finely
		        
 
					        -

		            	cup		             
		            flour
		        
 
					        - 
		        	 		            	1/2 
		            	cup		             
		            cream
		        
 
					        - 
		        	 		            	1/3 
		            	cup		             
		            white wine
		        
 
					        - 
		        	 		            	salt 
		            	&		             
		            pepper
		        
 
					        - 
		        	 		            	1/3 
		            	cup 		             
		            cheese, grated
		        
 
					        - 
		        	 		            	1/3 
		            	cup		             
		            breadcrumbs ( buttered)

Preparation
	    			        - Melt butter in dish. Add onions and mushrooms and cook on high for 2 mins.
  
  
					        - Add fish then cover and cook on high 1 min.
  
					        - Stir in flour, cream, wine and seasoning and cook another 3 mins.
  
					        -  Place in a serving dish or individual ramekins.
  
					        - Top with cheese breadcrunmbs and parsley. Cook on high for 1 to 2 mins.
