Fish Mornay

				Ingredients
	    			        - 
		        	 		            	500 
		            	gms		             
		            white fish fillets, cubed
		        
 
					        - 
		        	 		            	4 
		            	tblsp		             
		            butter
		        
 
					        - 
		        	 		            	1/2 
		            	cup		             
		            bacon , chopped
		        
 
					        - 
		        	 		            	1/2 
		            	tsp		             
		            salt
		        
 
					        - 
		        	 		            	freshly 
		            	ground		             
		            black pepper
		        
 
					        - 
		        	 		            	4 
		            	tblsp		             
		            flour
		        
 
					        - 
		        	 		            	1 1/2 
		            	cup		             
		            milk
		        
 
					        - 
		        	 		            	1/2 
		            	cup		             
		            asparagus pieces or cooked green beans
		        
 
					        - 
		        	 		            	1/2 
		            	cup		             
		            cheese, grated
		        
 
					        - 
		        	 		            	1/4  
		            	cup		             
		            dried bread crumbs
		        
 
					
Preparation
	    			        - Melt butter and saute bacon in it. Mix in seasoning and flour. Cook until bubbling but do not brown.
  
					        - Gradually add milk, stirring well and cook for 2-3 min until thick.
  
					        - Add fish cubes, asparagus or beans and half the cheese. Thin if necessary with a little extra milk. 
  
					        - Place in a greased dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese and breadcrumbs.
  
					        - Bake at 180° c for 20 minutes until fish is cooked and the topping brown.
