Crumbed Topped Grilled Fish

				Ingredients
	    			        - 
		        	 		            	500 
		            	gms		             
		            fish fillets
		        
 
					        - 
		        	 		            	3/4  
		            	cup		             
		            fresh bread crumbs
		        
 
					        - 
		        	 		            	3  
		            	tblsp		             
		            parsley , chopped
		        
 
					        - 
		        	 		            	1-2 tsp 
		            	grated		             
		            lemon rind
		        
 
					        - 
		        	 		            	75 
		            	gms		             
		            butter melted
		        
 
					        - 
		        	 		            	salt 
		            	and		             
		            freshly ground pepper
		        
 
					
Preparation
	    			        - Mix breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon rind, seasoning and 3/4 of melted butter. 
  
					        - Place 
aluminium foil over grill rack and place fish fillets on the foil. Brush
 fish with some of the remaining butter and grill for about 3 minutes. 
  
					        - Carefully
 turn fillets over and butter other side. Spread breadcrumb mixture over
 the fillets and grill until fish is cooked and the crumbs brown.
