Creamy Paprika Fish

				Ingredients
	    			        - 
		        	 		            	500 
		            	gms		             
		            fish fillets
		        
 
					        - 
		        	 		            	1 
		            	large		             
		            onions, chopped
		        
 
					        - 
		        	 		            	1  
		            	tbsp		             
		            butter
		        
 
					        - 
		        	 		            	1/2  
		            	tsp		             
		            celery salt
		        
 
					        - 
		        	 		            	2 
		            	tsp		             
		            cornflour
		        
 
					        - 
		        	 		            	1/2 
		            	tin		             
		            evaporated milk
		        
 
					        - 
		        	 		            	1/2 
		            	tsp		             
		            paprika
		        
 
					        - 
		        	 		            	2 
		            			             
		            spring onions,  chopped
		        
 
					
Preparation
	    			        - Place chopped onion and butter in a 22cm dish.   
  
					        - Cover and cook on high in the microwave for 3 mins. Stir once during cooking. 
  
					        - Add fish which has been cut into cubes.
  
					        - Sprinkle with celery salt and cornflour. Mix.
  
					        - Add evaporated milk and mix again. 
  
					        - Sprinkle 
with paprika and chopped spring onions and cook on high in the microwave
 for 3 mins. Stand for 1 min before uncovering- centre should be opaque 
and if not, cook another min.
