Baked Fish Crumble

				Ingredients

		            fish fillets

		            Crumb Mix
		        
 
					        - 
		        	 		            	100 
		            	gms		             
		            fresh breadcrumbs
		        
 
					        - 
		        	 		            	1 or 2 
		            	crushed		             
		            garlic cloves
		        
 
					        - 
		        	 		            	- 
		            			             
		            parsley, finely chopped
		        
 
					        - 
		        	 		            	2 
		            	tbsp		             
		            olive oil
		        
 
					        - 
		        	 		            	- 
		            			             
		            Sauce
		        
 
					        - 
		        	 		            	400 
		            	gms		             
		            ripe tomatoes or a can
		        
 
					        - 
		        	 		            	1  
		            	tbsp		             
		            lemon juice
		        
 
					        - 
		        	 		            	1 
		            	tbsp		             
		            butter
		        
 
					
Preparation
	    			        - Place 4 fish fillets on foil on a baking tray. Season lightly. Spread crumb mix over.
  
					        - Bake in a moderate oven for 15 - 20 mins
  
					        - Sauce - process tomatoes or cut small. Put all in a pot and heat gently.
  
					        - Great with potato wedges.
