Preparation
	    			        - Cut 4 x 30cm circles from baking paper(not greaseproof)- a dinner plate makes a good guide.

					        - Preheat oven to 220 C

					        - Place a
1/4 of the fish on half of the paper circle, 1.5 cm from the edge on. Do
all same to all 4 circles.Squeeze over a little lemon juice. Cover fish
with a single layer of sliced banana, then squeeze a little more lemon
juice.

					        - Place approx. 5 sprigs of rosemary on top of each serving. Season with pepper

					        - Fold the
baking paper over , creasing the edges firmly, to form a tight parcel on
a baking tray. Baking for 8- 10 mins , until the fish turns white.

					        - Serve with a salad and potatoes or fresh bread.
